These tires a great!, I've put them on three different cars, they are quiet, they ride nice, wear nice, and last. I travel 35,000 plus per year for work, and these tires last, cut though the snow, and handle great on wet pavement.
I bought these tires from Discount tires direct. I had my fingers crossed hoping they would be good tires at such a low price. They have gone beyond any new tires at any price. The blimp tires that came on the car just sucked. They are extremely quiet, handling is like a different car wet traction is great and snow traction was surprisingly good.
From day 1 this tire vibrated for the first 15 minutes of driving from flat spotting. Never improved, and only got 25,000 miles out of them and had to replace them with a different brand. Will never use Cooper tires again. I have them on 3 of my vehicles but will be replacing these as well.
These tires were garbage I have never had a tire go bad in under 12,000 miles. But these did. I tried to get reimbursed for the tires and cooper refused the worst customer service I will never own a cooper tire again. Very disappointed
I just rotated my tires and what a surprise. These tires are wore out. I use to get 44-50,000 miles on the CR4's and they discontinued them. I then put on the Zeon's they went 16,000 miles. I was told by my garage the Zeons were not even rated for my Maxima. However they are still on Coopers suggested tire list. These CS5's went 21773 miles . I told my wife if she drove her car we would have to change tires once a year. She puts on 10,000 miles a year and i had the car aligned and i rotate the tires. They don't wear unevenly THEY WEAR OUT. Apparently all that friction sitting in the garage. So if you are looking for a good tire I already did the testing for you. Don't buy these. Trust me I have all of the records and take my word for it. I care, otherwise I wouldn't take all this time to warn you.
I own an auto repair shop, and we sell tires. Put a set of these on my wife's car, and didn't tell her. She was going out of town, and called me wanting to know what I did to her car to make it so quiet. The CS5 ULTRA TOURING is one of the best riding, quietest , tires I have ever sold. The price point makes it very easy to sell.
I was ready to trade in my 2016 Ford Fusion. Once I replaced the Goodyear Eagles, which were horrible in weather, I am now happy with my car. What a difference! Great wet traction, no noise. Wondering how well they will do in snow. Well worth the $175 per tire.
got these installed today and what a difference tire dealer steered me away from michlin and goodyear and parelli cooper was the best tire for my 2013 edge 20 inch option wheel he runs same tire on his sportscar and his rogue nice and quiet and all the noises my car made are gone I gave 4 stars because they are new today time will tell if they stay great
I HAVE OWNED 3 HONDA ACCORDS. I REPLACED THE FACTORY BRIDGESTONES WITH THESE COOPERS. MUCH BETTER/QUIETER..
had them put on my chrysler 300c , wore out in less than 20,000 miles, and had a bad shake , thought i had a bent wheel but shake went away when i switched to my snow tires , worst tire i have ever owned .
